´Not even Andres Iniesta´ – Luis Enrique lavishes Pedri in praise after Spain´s Euro 2020 exit

Luis Enrique hailed Spain sensation Pedri, comparing the teenager to Barcelona and La Roja great Andres Iniesta following Tuesday s Euro 2020 semi-final loss to Italy.

Italy booked their place in the final with a 4-2 penalty shoot-out victory over Spain after the enthralling showdown finished 1-1 at Wembley.

Despite Spain s frustrating outing after substitute Alvaro Morata cancelled out Federico Chiesa s opener, it was a memorable campaign for 18-year-old star Pedri.

Pedri became the first European player in major tournament history (World Cup and Euros) to start as many as six such matches at the age of 18 or below and Luis Enrique lavished the Barcelona midfielder in praise.

Well I think no 18-year-old has done what Pedri has done in any major competit…

Paris Saint-Germain 2018-19: Mbappe´s continued rise shows Neymar is now disposable

Paris Saint-Germain winning the Ligue 1 title again was hardly a surprise given their riches but Kylian Mbappe s incredible performances will be food for thought given the constant transfer speculation surrounding Neymar.

Real Madrid continue to be linked with a sensational move for the Brazil forward, who became the most expensive player in football history when he joined PSG from Barca in a deal worth €222million.

PSG have regularly hit out at suggestions Neymar could be sold, denying the club needs to raise funds in order to ensure Financial Fair Play rules are not broken due to their continued lavish spending.

But with Neymar missing a chunk of this season due to another foot injury and Edinson Cavani also being sidelined at the same time Mbappe has shown …

Premier League review: 08th November 2012

Fernando Torres scored a brace in Chelsea s 3-1 victory at Sunderland

Chelsea collected their first Premier League victory under Rafa Benitez, with a 3-1 win at Sunderland.

The visitors took the lead on 11minutes, as Eden Hazard’s cross was met by Fernando Torres’ outstretched boot.

On the stroke of half-time the Blues were two goals up.

Brazilian midfielder Ramires was brought down in the penalty area by Sebastian Larsson. Torres stepped up and made no mistake from the spot kick.

Chelsea were three goals up in the 49th minute. Torres was again involved, as the Spaniard’s effort struck the crossbar and compatriot Juan Mata was on hand to score the rebound.

The Black Cats got a goal back in the 66th minute, Adam Johnson’s left-foot…

Week 18 NFL Parlay Picks: Dallas Ends Regular Season With a Bang

A typical buzzword for the last week of the NFL season is “motivation,” and that couldn’t be more true this year.

We have our usual slate of 16 games, but plenty of clubs have already been eliminated from postseason contention, or have no way to improve their playoff seeding.

Add to that the cases of the Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals — both of whom would be forgiven if they’re more occupied with the health of Damar Hamlin rather than their respective opponents this Sunday — and it makes for many complicated Week 18 matchups for handicappers.

However, I’ve parsed things down to four bets that I feel fairly confident in, which will be broken up into a pair of two-leg parlays. Without further ado, …

Panthers vs Dolphins Odds, Picks, and Predictions Week 6: Heads Carolina

It’ll be a case of deja vu for the Miami Dolphins with another bottom feeder of an opponent in town for them to pad their record against in Week 6 NFL odds. It’s been a rough start for the Carolina Panthers who are the only winless team in the league. Given what we’ve seen from these teams this season, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to see the Dolphins as 13.5-point favorite on the NFL odds with a game total of 48.5.

There’s a lot to break down here, including some obvious strengths vs weaknesses as well as the possibility of this being a lookahead spot for the Dolphins. Let’s dig in and I’ll give you my free NFL picks for Panthers vs. Dolphins on October 15th.

Steelers vs Ravens Odds, Picks, and Predictions Week 18: Harris Finds Pay Dirt

In what may go down as Mike Tomlin’s best coaching job in a season full of uncertainty, the first game of the final week of the regular season holds plenty of intrigue. The Pittsburgh Steelers travel to Baltimore in desperate need of a win and take on a Ravens team that won’t be suiting up Lamar Jackson.

Without Jackson — the current favorite to win NFL MVP by a wide margin — the NFL odds have the Steelers as 4-point road favorites in a game that’s tough to predict. Given the circumstances of the game, betting on a Pittsburgh playmaker looks like the best move.

Find out where my best bets lie in my free NFL picks for Steelers vs. Ravens on January 6.
